Case 5

43 year old male of mixed race with excellent body with no body fat and very thin calves. Patient works out daily but has never been able to enlarge the calf muscles. Calf implants placed using size #4 and #3 implants. Patient is shown at 3 1/2 months postop with prominent scars which have since faded.
